Overview:

Rates are from $210 to $385 and include single or double occupancy with private bath and full breakfast.

Additional person(s) in room $30 per person per night (adult or child).

Corporate rates available Sunday through Thursday, single occupancy.

Rates do not include 13% state and local taxes plus a $5 per room per night Georgia state fee – both rates and taxes are subject to change.

Effective January 1, 2024, all booking confirmations will necessitate a deposit matching the entire amount of your reservation at the time of booking – Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted and the amount will be billed to your credit card when the reservation is made. If using a gift certificate or gift card of any kind, this must be mentioned at the time of booking the reservation.

Reservation dates cannot be canceled or modified without providing at least two weeks' notice before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a no-refund policy. While we may consider accommodating date changes at our discretion, we are not obligated to do so. If a reservation date is changed within the permitted 14-day notice period, no refunds will be issued for the updated reservation dates.

Cancellations require a seven (14) day notice for Monday through Sunday nights, fourteen (21) day notice for holidays and thirty (30) day notice for special events, unless otherwise agreed upon. If cancellation is made within the required time frame, you will be refunded your deposit less a $30 cancellation fee ($35 cancel fee for third-party reservation cancellations); if your reservation consists of more than one room, the cancellation fee is $30 per room (or $35 per room if booked through a third-party site). If you are unable to give us the required notice, you are responsible for the entire cost of your stay, this also includes early departures.

We are a non-smoking facility – this includes e-cigarettes and vaping.

We cannot accommodate pets in most of our rooms, however we have one room (Rm 100) to accommodate clients with service animals.

"Mary and Mike are such warm, welcoming, charming owners. Mary is a wealth of local information for everything from the nearest 24 hour drug store to the best place for seafood to a great route for a 4 mile run! Mike is a great cook and the breakfasts were always fresh and great! We even bought some of his homemade granola to bring home. The Inn itself is very comfortable, clean and welcoming.
